Do not shop at East Greenwich Bridals for a wedding dress. I went there, the person working there was very inexperienced, she measured me to order a dress and when I received the dress it was too small. I didnt gain any weight from when it was ordered and I received it since I made sure my measurements stayed the same. Also when I ordered it they told me it would in April, I called they had no idea what I was talking about, they told me the owner would call me back, and she never did. I called a month later and spoke to someone who told me it wasnt ordered yet! This was 2 months after it should have been in. After sending an email the owner contacted me to tell me I was misinformed and it would be in in 3 weeks, so I waited. After the date I was told it would be in, I never heard from anyone and finally called 5 days later, I was told it came in the week before. Why didnt anyone call me! I am dissapointed in East Greenwich Bridals, there customer service is terrible! The employees have no idea what is going on! Go somewhere else to buy your dress if you dont want any extra aggravation!
